The property was clean and well maintained, and the unit was exactly the amount of space we were looking for (two adults, one child, one dog). We loved the amenities - fire pit and community area, and the kayak/paddleboard rental was really convenient. The property is a short walk to the KP hole boat ramp. We rented paddle boards and carried them down, and it was pretty easy. Check in and check out was easy. Overall a great experience!

We loved the cute bungalow and enjoyed our stay. We had a little trouble with the door lock in the beginning but Kaliela quickly responded and opened it for us. Bungalow was nice and clean. The showerhead may need to be replaced as water went every direction, but not a big deal. Another mirror in the bungalow would have been helpful too. But overall, our stay was great and we would come again.

We had a great time at Rainbow River springs. The bungalow we stayed in was perfect. You can't beat the location as your are a short walk from KP Hole! The community amenities where great and the bungalow was clean, organized and comfortable. Kaliela who we spoke with made checking such an easy process. Highly recommend this place. Sam

Arrived in the evening. Sheets on bed were damp, blanket in closet damp. Had to dry and remake bed. Extra set also damp, left on kitchen table. Heat setting was noisy. Towels seemed $ store quality. Would not rent this unit again.

we absolutely loved our Bungalow. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. the location is perfectly located for multiple excursions in all directions to springs, parks, beaches, and activities. We liked it so much, we cancelled our reservation in Orlando and stayed an extra night in bungalow S. We highly recommend!
